RETURNS, REFUND & LIABILITY POLICY

  1. Medications
  • All sales of medications are final.
  • Medications are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

 

  1. Non-Medication Items
  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Written notice is provided within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Faulty or Incorrect Items
  • Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be deemed acceptance of the item as received.

 

  1. Liability
  • EMS and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or adverse effects arising from the use of purchased medications.
  • Customers assume full responsibility for the use and storage of all products.

 

  1. Reservation of Rights
  • EMS reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that does not strictly comply with this policy.
